Sensex up 47pts, ONGC gains 3%

The Sensex has moved up 47 points to 8,582.

ONGC has zoomed 2.7% (Rs 26) to Rs 1,020. ITC is still up Rs 2 at Rs 127.

Maruti has moved up 1.5% (Rs 9) to Rs 588. Hero Honda is still up 1.5% (Rs 12) at Rs 848.

Tata Power is up Rs 6 at Rs 436.

TCS is still up Rs 19 at Rs 1,518. Satyam has moved up Rs 9 to Rs 635. Wipro is up Rs 5 at Rs 422.

Ranbaxy is still down 2.7% (Rs 10) at Rs 367. Tata Steel is still down Rs 5 at Rs 346.
