The Sensex is now up 483 points at 11,792.
Wipro has zoomed over 11% to Rs 315. Satyam has soared nearly 10% to Rs 295.
ICICI Bank has surged 9% to Rs 464. Jaiprakash Associates and DLF ahve rallied 8.5% each to Rs 88 and Rs 327, respectively.
Larsen & Toubro, Tata Power, Tata Steel and Reliance Infrastructure have gained around 7.5% each at Rs 1,063, Rs 850, Rs 327 and Rs 646, respectively.
TCS has moved up 6.7% to 615. Infosys and HDFC have advanced 5.7% each to Rs 1,395 and Rs 1,921, respectively.
Reliance Communicaitons has added 5.5% to Rs 298.
Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) has shed 2.7% at Rs 507.
