Sensex up 4pts; ITC, HDFC Bank slip 2%

The Sensex is now up four points at 14,512.

Larsen & Toubro has soared 5.5% to Rs 1,958. Cipla has surged 2.4% to Rs 224, and HDFC has advanced 2% to Rs 1,850.

Ranbaxy has gained 1.5% at Rs 396. SBI has advanced 1.3% to Rs 1,339.

BHEL, NTPC and Dr.Reddy's are up 1% each at Rs 2,888, Rs 162 and Rs 662, respectively.

ITC and HDFC Bank have dropped 2% each to Rs 162 and Rs 1,123, respectively. HLL has slipped 1% to Rs 200.
