Sensex up 51pts; market breadth positive

The Sensex is now up 51 points at 13,476.

ICICI Bank, HDFC and Reliance Communications have advanced over 1% each to Rs 868, Rs 1,568 and Rs 404, respectively.

Bharti Airtel, Bajaj Auto, HDFC Bank and TCS are the other notable gainers.

Gujarat Ambuja has slipped 1.5% to Rs 133. HLL has shed 1% to Rs 246.

The market breadth is positive - out of 1,767 stocks traded so far, 1,032 have advanced, 682 have declined and the rest are unchanged.
