Sensex up 52pts; ITC, ONGC move up

The Sensex is now up 52 points 13,704.

ITC, ONGC and Bajaj Auto have advanced over 1% each to Rs 165, Rs 921 and Rs 2,738, respectively.

TCS has slipped 1% to Rs 1,234.

Cairn India is now trading at Rs 134. The stock opened at Rs 140, touched a high of Rs 155 and then tumbled to a low of Rs 129. Around 88 lakh shares have changed hands at the counter on the BSE so far.
