Sensex up 56pts, Bajaj up 5%

Profit-taking at higher levels has seen the Sensex shed gains, and is now up 56 points at 14,247.

Bajaj is up nearly 5% (Rs 136) at Rs 3,080. Bharti is still up nearly 4% at Rs 757.

ONGC has gained over 3% to Rs 892. Reliance is up over 1% at Rs 1,370.

Wipro, Reliance Energy and Tata Motors are trading with gains of over 2% each.

Advances are ahead of declines nearly 2:1 - out of 2,518 scrips traded till now, 1,594 have logged gains and 872 have declined.
