Sensex up 57 pts

The Sensex is now up 57 points at 8,549.

Infosys has zoomed 2.6% (Rs 67) to Rs 2,636. Satyam is up Rs 13 at Rs 596. While TCS is up Rs 11 at Rs 1,456, Wipro is still up Rs 9 at Rs 397.

ONGC is down Rs 10 at Rs 1,037. Reliance is up a rupee at Rs 790. SBI has slipped Rs 6 to Rs 910.

HLL is steady at Rs 183 - up Rs 3, and ITC is steady at Rs 129 - up Rs 3.

Hero Honda is steady at Rs 745 - up Rs 13. Dr. Reddy's is now up Rs 13 at Rs 958. Bharti is steady at Rs 351 - up Rs 8. ICICI Bank is up Rs 9 at Rs 540. HDFC and HDFC Bank are also trading with gains.

Ranbaxy is still down Rs 17 at Rs 509. Maruti, Grasim, Hindalco and Tata Steel continue to trade with losses.

The BSE Teck index has gained 1.9% (41 points) to 2,205. igate has zoomed 7% (Rs 17) to Rs 279. Rolta is up 3% at Rs 176.
