Sensex up 57pts

The Sensex is still up 57 points at 8,592.

ONGC is steady at Rs 1,020 - up 2.7% (Rs 26). While SBI is up Rs 9 at Rs 884, ITC is steady at Rs 128. HLL is steady at Rs 171.

Wipro is still up over 2% (Rs 9) at Rs 426. TCS is up Rs 16 at Rs 1,515.

HDFC Bank has added 1.6% (Rs 11) at Rs 688. ICICI Bank is up Rs 8 at Rs 528.

Hero Honda is still up Rs 11 at Rs 846. Maruti is up Rs 9 at Rs 588. Bajaj and Tata Motors are also trading with gains.

Ranbaxy is still down 2.8% (Rs 11) at Rs 366. Tata Steel has declined 2.6% (Rs 9) to Rs 342.
