Sensex up 58pts; Infosys moves up

The Sensex is now up 58 at 14,554.

SBI has rallied over 2% to Rs 1,437, and Reliance Energy has surged nearly 2% to Rs 552.

Infosys and BHEL have advanced 1.5% each to Rs 1,945 and Rs 1,391, respectively.

Bharti Airtel, ICICI Bank, Bajaj Auto, Tata Steel and Ranbaxy are up around 1% each at Rs 837, Rs 945, Rs 2,246, Rs 644 and Rs 392, respectively.

ITC has shed 1.6% to Rs 162. Larsen & Toubro and Gujarat Ambuja have slipped around 1% each to Rs 1,950 and Rs 113, respectively.

Out of 2,632 stocks traded so far, 1,300 have advanced, 1,258 have declined and 74 are unchanged.
