Sensex up 5pts; market breadth remains +ve

The Sensex continues to exhibit lackluster movement is now up five at 11,577.

Larsen & Toubro and Hindalco have advanced over 1.5% each to Rs 2,386 and Rs 175, respectively.

Ranbaxy has spurted 1.3% to Rs 394. Grasim and Reliance Energy are up around 1% each at Rs 2,225 and Rs 450, respectively.

Cipla has slipped 2% to Rs 242. HDFC has dropped 1.5% to Rs 1257.

Bajaj Auto is down 1% at Rs 2,725.

Out of 2,380 stocks traded so far, 1,372 have advanced, 934 have declined and the rest are unchanged.
