Sensex up 60pts; breadth extremely +ve

The Sensex is now up 60 points at 19,589.

Tata Motors has soared 4% to Rs 772, and ONGC has surged 3% to Rs 1,192.

Cipla has gained 2% at Rs 189. Larsen & Toubro has moved up 2% to Rs 4,295.

Bajaj Auto and Reliance Communications have advanced 1.3% each to Rs 2,805 and Rs 721, respectively.

Mahindra & Mahindra, NTPC and Reliance are up 1% each at Rs 780, Rs 241 and Rs 2,892, respectively.

ITC has shed 1.3% at Rs 190. Infosys has slipped over 1% to Rs 1,596,and Grasim is the other prominent loser.

The market breadth is extremely positive - out of 2,820 stocks traded so far, 2,068 have advanced, 698 have declined and 54 are unchanged.
