Sensex up 60pts; Hero Honda slips 2.5%

The Sensex is now up 60 points at 11,954.

Dr.Reddy's has rallied 3.5% to Rs 763. Grasim has surged 2.8% to Rs 2,392.

Satyam, Gujarat Ambuja and ACC has advanced over 1.5% each to Rs 816, Rs 115 and Rs 946, respectively.

ITC, Reliance, ICICI Bank, Ranbaxy and Tata Steel are the other major gainers.

Hero Honda has shed 2.5% to Rs 760. Reliance Communications has slipped 2% to Rs 318.

HDFC and HDFC Bank are down 1% each at Rs 1,338 and Rs 865, respectively.

Out of 2,437 stocks traded so far, 1,217 have declined, 1,139 have advanced and the rest are unchanged.
