Sensex up 63pts

The Sensex has moved up 63 points to 8,270.

NTPC has advanced 4% to Rs 102.

Ranbaxy has moved up over 3% (Rs 11) to Rs 383. Dr. Reddy's is up Rs 10 at Rs 898.

HDFC has gained 2.8% (Rs 28) to Rs 1,033.

ONGC is up 1.8% (Rs 17) at Rs 962. SBI is up Rs 4 at Rs 839. HLL and ITC are also trading with gains at Rs 169 and Rs 127, respectively.
