Sensex up 63pts; breadth extremely +ve

The Sensex is now up 63 points at 15,027.

Reliance Energy and Larsen & Toubro have surged around 2.5% each to Rs 613 and Rs 2,420, respectively.

ONGC has rallied 1.7% to Rs 895. BHEL, HDFC Bank and HDFC have advanced around 1.5% each to Rs 1,580, Rs 1,170 and Rs 1,943, respectively.

Infosys has moved up 1.3% to Rs 1,997.

ICICI Bank has slipped 1.3% to Rs 969. Hindustan Unilever and Mahindra & Mahindra are down 1% each at Rs 198 and Rs 779, respectively.

The market breadth is extremely positive - out of 2,236 stocks traded so far, 1,464 have advanced, 714 have declined and 58 are unchanged.
