Sensex up 65pts; breadth +ve

The Sensex is now up 65 points at 13,224.

Hero Honda have soared nearly 5% to Rs 699, and Bajaj Auto has surged 3.3% to Rs 2,598. HDFC has flared up 3.8% to Rs 1,565.

Hindalco has gained 3% at Rs 141. Grasim, Tata Steel and HLL have advanced over 2% each to Rs 2,207, Rs 462 and Rs 180, respectively.

ONGC has moved up 1.7% to Rs 813. Ranbaxy and Gujarat Ambuja are up 1.4% each at Rs 348 and Rs 113, respectively.

ITC and HDFC Bank have slipped 2.3% each to Rs 169 and Rs 958, respectively. Larsen & Toubro has shed 1.4% to Rs 1,520.

Out of 2,407 stocks traded so far, 1,582 have advanced, 763 have declined and 62 are unchanged.
