Sensex up 65pts; Mid-cap, Small-cap indices up 1%

The Sensex is now up 65 points at 10,833.

The BSE Small-cap and Mid-cap indices are up 1% each at 5389 and 4459, respectively.

BHEL has rallied 2.5% to Rs 1,960. Hindalco has gained 2% at Rs 178, and ONGC has moved up 1.6% to Rs 1,121.

Larsen & Toubro, Cipla, ACC and Maurti are up 1.3% each at Rs 2,241, Rs 219, Rs 825 and Rs 813, respectively.

Out of 2,180 stocks traded so far, 1,305 have advanced, 800 have declined and 75 are unchanged.
