Sensex up 66pts; Bharti leads

The Sensex is now up 66 points at 14,554.

Bharti Airtel has surged nearly 2% to Rs 848. Satyam and Tata Steel have moved up 1.3% each to Rs 461 and Rs 607, respectively.

Tata Motors, ONGC, BHEL, Grasim and SBI have advanced around 1% each to Rs 685, Rs 927, Rs 1,465, Rs 2,484 and Rs 1,462, respectively.

Ranbaxy and ICICI Bank have slipped 1% each to Rs 352 and Rs 943, respectively.

Out of 2,544 stocks traded so far, 1,549 have advanced, 906 have declined and 89 are unchanged.
