Sensex up 66pts; Infosys drops 3%

The Sensex is now up 66 points at 15,631.

Hindustan Unilever has soared 4% to Rs 202. Larsen & Toubro and BHEL have surged 3.5% each to Rs 2,564 and Rs 1,705, respectively.

Reliance Energy has rallied 2.5% to Rs 705. ONGC has gained 1.3% at Rs 899.

Bajaj Auto, Satyam, Hindalco and HDFC Bank are up over 1% each at Rs 2,355, Rs 483, Rs 185 and Rs 1,213, respectively.

Cipla has plunged 3.7% to Rs 194. Infosys has dropped 2.7% to Rs 1,935.

Ambuja Cements and ICICI Bank have slipped around 1.5% each to Rs 134 and Rs 972, respectively.

Out of 2,458 stocks traded so far, 1,291 have advanced, 1,097 have declined and 70 are unchanged.
