Sensex up 67pts; Rel Energy gains 2%

The Sensex is now up 67 points at 15,610.

Reliance Energy has surged 2% to Rs 877. Bajaj Auto has advanced 1.3% to Rs 2,363.

Mahindra & Mahindra, Wipro, Bharti Airtel and Tata Steel are up around 1% each at Rs 705, Rs 461, Rs 854 and Rs 715, respectively.

Ambuja Cements, Reliance, Tata Motors and SBI are the other prominent gainers.

The market breadth is extremely bullish - out of 2,401 stocks traded so far, 1,744 have advanced, 603 have declined and 54 are unchanged.
