Sensex up 69pts; breadth extremely +ve

The Sensex is now up 69 points at 15,062.

Ranbaxy has soared nearly 3% to Rs 383. Tata Motors and Reliance Communications has surged nearly 2.5% each to Rs 691 and Rs 532, respectively.

Mahindra & Mahindra and Bajaj Auto have rallied around 2% each to Rs 670 and Rs 2,362, respectively.

HDFC Bank, Maruti, ITC and BHEL are up around 1% each at Rs 1,170, Rs 843, Rs 170 and Rs 1,869, respectively.

The market breadth is extremely bullish - out of 2,282 stocks traded so far, 1,624 have advanced, 600 have declined and 58 are unchanged.
