Sensex up 69pts; breadth very +ve

The Sensex is now up 69 points at 14,011.

Ranbaxy has surged 2.7% to Rs 409. Tata Motors has rallied 2.5% to Rs 953, and Bajaj Auto has added 2.2% to Rs 2,799.

NTPC has moved up 1.8% to Rs 141. Gujarat Ambuja, SBI and Satyam are up over 1% each to Rs 146, Rs 1,269 and Rs 514, respectively.

ONGC has slipped nearly 1% to Rs 869.

The market breadth is extremely positive - out of 2,040 stocks traded so far 1,533 have moved up, 465 have slipped and the rest are unchanged.
