Sensex up 70pts; breadth very +ve

The Sensex is now up 70 points at 13,672.

Bajaj Auto, Maruti and SBI have advanced nearly 2% each to Rs 2,689, Rs 931 and Rs 1,317, respectively.

Gujarat Ambuja has spurted 1.3% to Rs 145. Reliance Energy, ICICI Bank, ACC, Tata Motors, Grasim and Tata Steel are up over 1% each.

Infosys has slipped 1% to Rs 2,146.

The market breadth is extremely positive - out of 2,254 stocks traded so far, 1,706 have advanced, 480 have declined and the rest are unchanged.
