Sensex up 70pts, REL, DLF shine

The Sensex is now up 84 points at 17,234. It posted a steady opening.

REL has posted a moderate gain of 2.04% at 1,140 in opening trades.

Satyam, NTPC, Wipro, Hindustan Unilever, Hindalco, Cipla, Tata Steel, are all up between 1-2%.

The NSE Nifty is up 30 points at 5030.
