Sensex up 71pts; HDFC Bank, Satyam up 2%

The Sensex is now up 71 points at 13,688.

HDFC Bank and Satyam have surged 2% each to Rs 1,110 and Rs 460, respectively.

Wipro, Dr.Reddy's and TCS have gained around 1.5% each at Rs 592, Rs 745 and Rs 1,181, respectively.

Cipla, Maruti, Infosys and Bajaj Auto are up over 1% each.

ACC has slipped over 1% to Rs 1,133.

The market breadth was positive - out of 2,173 stocks traded so far, 1,368 have advanced, 741 have declined and the rest are unchanged.
