Sensex up 74pts, above 11,600

The Sensex has moved up 74 points to 11,638.

HDFC Bank has zoomed over 5% (Rs 40) to Rs 813. ICICI Bank is steady at Rs 617 - up Rs 13.

Ranbaxy is still up 4% (Rs 19) at Rs 459.

SBI has moved up Rs 16 to Rs 999. Reliance is steady at Rs 834 - up Rs 5.

L& T is still up Rs 44 at Rs 2,535. BHEL is steady at Rs 2,335 - up Rs 37.

Infosys has added Rs 11 to Rs 3,154. Wipro and TCS are also trading with gains.

Advances continue to be ahead of declines - out of 2,399 scrips traded till now, 1,275 have moved up, 1,076 have declined and 48 are unchanged.
