Sensex up 75pts; Hero Honda weak

The Sensex is now up 75 points at 11,774.

Cipla, ICICI Bank and Ranbaxy have advanced around 2% each to Rs 255, Rs 608 and Rs 415, respectively.

Bajaj Auto has moved up 1.5% to Rs 2,738. Tata Steel, Maruti, Tata Motors, HLL, Reliance Energy and HDFC Bank are up over 1% each.

HLL, Tata Motors, Reliance Energy, NTPC and Gujarat Ambuja are up over 1% each.

Hero Honda is down 1% at Rs 714.

Out of 2,315 stocks traded so far, 1,242 have advanced, 993 have declined and the rest are unchanged.
