Sensex up 75pts; HLL, Wipro soar 3%

The Sensex is now up 75 points at 13,438.

HLL and Wipro have surged nearly 3% each to Rs 215 and Rs 607, respectively.

Satyam has rallied nearly 2% to Rs 473. NTPC, Hindalco and Reliance Communications have moved up around 1.5% each to Rs 135, Rs 168 and Rs 413, respectively.

Bharti Airtel, SBI and Maruti are up over 1% each.

Infosys has slipped 2% to Rs 2,127. Grasim and BHEL are down over 1% each to Rs 2,752 and Rs 2,121, respectively.
