Sensex up 79pts, L&T zooms 6%

The Sensex has shed some gains, but is still up 79 points at 8,685.

ONGC is still up 1.5% (Rs 16) at Rs 1,086. Reliance is steady at Rs 808 - up Rs 8.

Infosys is still up over 2% (Rs 54) at Rs 2,524. Satyam is up Rs 12 at Rs 554, and TCS is up Rs 14 at Rs 1,483.

Bajaj is up Rs 24 at Rs 1,670. Hero Honda has added Rs 20 to Rs 746.

Grasim is still up Rs 16 at Rs 1,359. ACC and Gujarat Ambuja are also trading with gains.

L&T has zoomed 6% (Rs 87) to Rs 1,560. BHEL is still up 6% (Rs 69) at Rs 1,229.
