Sensex up 7pts, SBI gains 2%

The Sensex has moved up seven points to 9,177.

SBI has moved up 2% (Rs 18) to Rs 915. Reliance is up a rupee at Rs 846. ONGC is still down Rs 19 at Rs 1,127.

Hindalco is still up 1.8% (Rs 2) at Rs 139.

Hero Honda has advanced 1.4% (Rs 12) to Rs 850. Bajaj is up Rs 6 at Rs 2,088.

HDFC is now up Rs 11 at Rs 1,206.

Cipla has dropped 2% (Rs 8) to Rs 422.

L&T has declined 1.5% (Rs 26) to Rs 1,709. HDFC Bank is now down Rs 8 at Rs 695.

Declines continue to be ahead of advances - out of 2,332 scrips traded till now, 1,211 have declined, 1,035 have moved up and 86 are unchanged.
