Sterlite has surged 8.7% to Rs 489. HDFC Bank has gained 3.9% to Rs 1,286.
Reliance Infrastructure is up 3.5% to Rs 894. Tata Steel has rallied 3.1% to Rs 485. DLF is up 2.8% at Rs 405.
Mahindra & Mahindra and Reliance Industries have gained 2.5% to Rs 563 and Rs 2,060, respectively.
Wipro has plunged 4.7% to Rs 372. Satyam has shed 3.8% at Rs 319. Tata Motors has lost 1.9% to Rs 386. Infosys is down 2% at Rs 1,512. TCS and ACC are the other losers.
