Sensex up 84pts

The Sensex is now up 84 points at 7,889.

Ranbaxy has moved up over 4% (Rs 21) to Rs 546.

Bajaj is now up over 3% (Rs 46) to Rs 1,460. While Hero Honda is up Rs 16 at Rs 663, Maruti has gained Rs 12 to Rs 483.

Wipro has advanced over 2% (Rs 8) to Rs 373. Infosys is now up Rs 50 at Rs 2,426. TCS is still up Rs 20 at Rs 1,426.

HLL is up 1.5% (Rs 3) at Rs 168. Reliance is steady at Rs 728 - up Rs 9. ONGC has declined Rs 5 to Rs 976. ITC is marginally lower at Rs 1,731.

Advances are still ahead of declines - out of 2,660 scrips traded, 1,543 have moved up, 1,075 have declined and 42 are unchanged today.
