Sensex up 84pts; Bharti drops 3%

The Sensex is now up 84 points at 19,675.

Hindalco has soared 5.7% to Rs 194. Reliance Energy has surged 2.4% to Rs 1,865.

Bajaj Auto, ACC and NTPC have rallied 2% each to Rs 2,445, Rs 1,029 and Rs 242, respectively.

Dr.Reddy's has moved up 1.8% to Rs 612. BHEL has gained 1.4% at Rs 2,701.

Cipla, Reliance and Larsen & Toubro are up 1% each at Rs 179, Rs 2,692 and Rs 4,328, respectively.

Bharti Airtel has plunged over 3% to Rs 911.

Satyam, Maruti and Grasim have dropped around 1.5% each to Rs 456, Rs 980 and Rs 3,650, respectively.

Tata Motors is down over 1% at Rs 731.

Out of 2,689 stocks traded so far, 1,486 have advanced, 1,119 have declined and 84 are unchanged.
