Sensex up 84pts, L&T gains 4%

The Sensex has moved up 84 points to 8,873.

L&T has moved up nearly 4% (Rs 67) to Rs 1,760. Reliance Energy is still up over 3% (Rs 19) at Rs 606.

Ranbaxy is steady at Rs 394 - up Rs 9. Cipla and Dr. Reddy's are also trading with gains.

Infosys has advanced 1.6% (Rs 43) to Rs 2,727. TCS is up Rs 21 at Rs 1,540.

Syngenta has zoomed over 11% (Rs 46) to Rs 455.
