Sensex up 84pts; SBI, HDFC Bank rally 3%

The Sensex is now up 84 points 14,013.

SBI and HDFC Bank have rallied 3% each to Rs 1,263 and Rs 1,041, respectively. ICICI Bank has surged 1.7% to Rs 902.

Reliance Communications and BHEL have moved up around 2% each at Rs 485 and Rs 2,566, respectively.

HLL and Hindalco have gained arond 1.5% each at Rs 196 and Rs 147, respectively.

Bajaj Auto and Dr.Reddy's are up over 1% each at Rs 2,665 and Rs 664, respectively.

Hero Honda has slipped over 2% to Rs 682. TCS and Infosys are down around 1% each at Rs 1,222 and Rs 1,955, respectively.

Out of 2,396 stocks traded so far, 1,556 have advanced, 760 have declined and 80 are unchanged.
