Bharti Airtel has surged 2.7% to Rs 850. Reliance Communications has moved up 1.7% to Rs 552.
Ranbaxy has gained 1.3% at Rs 476. Wipro, ITC and Larsen & Toubro are up over 1% each at Rs 503, Rs 218 and Rs 2,919, respectively.
ACC and HDFC Bank have slipped over 2% each to Rs 728 and Rs 1,476, respectively.
BHEL has shed 1.7% at Rs 1,730. HDFC and Hindalco have dropped 1.5% each to Rs 2,680 and Rs 177, respectively.
TCS has shed 1.3% at Rs 932. Ambuja Cements and Jaiprakash Associates are down over 1% each at Rs 110 and Rs 266, respectively.
