Sensex up 93pts; breadth fairly +ve

The Sensex is now up 93 points at 15,412.

Cipla and Dr.Reddy's have surged around 3.5% each to Rs 173 and Rs 664, respectively.

Maruti, NTPC and HDFC Bank have rallied over 2% each to Rs 888, Rs 177 and Rs 1,196, respectively.

ITC has gained 1.7% at Rs 173. Ranbaxy and ACC have moved up 1.5% each to Rs 397 and Rs 1,081, respectively.

ICICI Bank, Reliance Energy and Reliance Communications have advanced around 1% each to Rs 895, Rs 789 and Rs 548, respectively.

ONGC has shed 1.5% to Rs 844.

The market breadth is extremely positive - out of 2,332 stocks traded so far, 1,685 have advanced, 599 have declined and 48 are unchanged.
