Sensex up 95pts; Grasim sheds 3%

The Sensex is now up 95 points at 19,833.

Cipla has soared 5% to Rs 199. ICICI Bank has surged 2.5% to Rs 1,190.

Infosys, NTPC and HDFC have rallied 2% each to Rs 1,638, Rs 249 and Rs 2,795, respectively.

Maruti has moved up 1.7% to Rs 1,050. Reliance Energy and Mahindra & Mahindra have gained 1.5% each at Rs 1,917 and Rs 785, respectively.

Ranbaxy, SBI and Bharti Airtel are up over 1% each.

Grasim has shed 3% at Rs 3,680. Hindalco has slipped over 2% to Rs 195.

Bajaj Auto has declined 1.5% to Rs 2,757, and HDFC Bank is down 1.3% at Rs 1,705.
