The Sensex is now up 326 points at 11,273.
Jaiprakash Asoociates has zoomed above 8.5% at Rs 122. Reliance Infrastructure has soared nearly 8% at Rs 694. State Bank, Larsen & Toubro, DLF have gained significantly around 6.5% each at Rs 1345, Rs 886, Rs 250, respectively.
Infosys and Reliance Communications have surged above 5% at Rs 1,411 and Rs 228, respectively.
TCS, NTPC, Sterlite have rallied nearly 4% each at RS 593, Rs 203, Rs 415, respectively.
The market breadth is fairly positive - out of 2,332 stocks traded, 1,673 have advanced, 608 have declined and the rest are unchanged.
