Sensex up over 660pts, RIL gains 4%

The Sensex is now up 667 points to 17,616.

ONGC has gained over 7% at Rs 1,010. Reliance is still up nearly 4% at Rs 2,480.

BHEL is holding over 10% gain at Rs 2,187. L&T is still up over 5% at Rs 3,458.

Hindalco has advanced over 8% at Rs 162. Rcom is still up over 8% at Rs 606. DLF is holding 5% gain at Rs 857.

HDFC is now up 2.8% at Rs 2,800. HDFC Bank has added 4.5% at Rs 1,533. ICICI Bank has advanced 5% to Rs 1,155. SBI is up nearly 3% at Rs 2,173.

Advances continue to be ahead of declines - out of 2,700 scrips traded till now, over 1,800 have logged gains.
