Sensex zooms 104pts

Samavat 2062 has kicked off on a bullish note...

The Sensex opened with a positive gap of 98 points at 7,990. The index is now up points at 104 points at 7,996.

Infosys has added Rs 34 to Rs 2,558. Satyam is up Rs 8 at Rs 614, and TCS is up Rs 20 at Rs 1,420.

Reliance has gained Rs 7 to Rs 770. SBI has moved up Rs 10 to Rs 848. ONGC is up Rs 12 at Rs 941.

While HLL is up Rs 3 at Rs 164, ITC is up Rs 3 at Rs 123.

Bajaj is up over 3% (Rs 53) at Rs 1,759. Hero Honda is up Rs 18 at Rs 725. While Maruti has gained Rs 5 to Rs 555, Tata Motors is up Rs 7 at Rs 480.

Cement and pharma scrips are also trading with gains.
