Sensex zooms 472pts; Tata Steel soars 10%

The Sensex rallied to a high of 10,054, and is now up 472 points at 10,017.

Tata Steel has zoomed 9.5% to Rs 453. Satyam has surged over 9% to Rs 674.

TCS and Dr.Reddys' have rallied nearly 8% each to Rs 1,678 and Rs 1,314, respectively.

Tata Motors, Hero Honda, Hindalco and HLL have gained around 7.5% each at Rs 747, Rs 755, Rs 164 and Rs 217, respectively.

Out of 2,267 stocks traded so far, 1,878 have advanced, 346 have declined and the rest are unchanged.
