Sensex zooms 84pts

The Sensex has moved up 84 points to 8,718.

Maruti has zoomed over 4% (Rs 24) to Rs 583. Bajaj has advanced 3.5% (Rs 59) to Rs 1,751. Tata Motors and Hero Honda are also trading with gains.

Cipla is still up 3% (Rs 12) at Rs 392. Dr. Reddy's and Ranbaxy are holding gains at higher levels.

Hindalco has gained over 3% to Rs 151.

Satyam has added over 2% (Rs 14) to Rs 574. Wipro is up Rs 9 at Rs 380. Infosys is steady at Rs 2,553 - up Rs 36.
