The Shapoorji Mistry Group, which had made the first offer for acquiring a 20 per cent stake in Forbes Gokak, has now decided to withdraw its appeal against the counter offeror, Pawankumar Sanwarmal, filed with the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT).
