Stocks of jewellery companies have, by and large, been witnessing upward movement since the beginning of October.

Shantivijay Jewellers has seen over 65 per cent appreciation since the beginning of October. Today the scrip ended at Rs 21.10 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

Classic Diamond, up 16.45 per cent, ended the day at Rs 44.45, up from Rs 38.17 from the beginning of October. SB&T International finished the day at Rs 36.75 and has appreciated by 33.15 per cent.

Suashish Diamond, up by over 11 per cent since the beginning of October, ended the day at Rs 21.10. Goldiam International, up by a marginal 0.37per cent, finished at 27.10 at the BSE.

 

Asian Star, which ended the day Rs 499 on the 9th of January, is up by over 6 per cent since the beginning of October. It was not traded today.

Vaibhav Gems, up by over 3.5 per cent, finished the day today at Rs 23. Among some of the scrips that saw a fall in the last three months are Shrenuj & Company which has fallen by over 2 per cent and ended the day at Rs 31.60 from its close at the beginning of October of Rs 32.25.

Rajesh Exports have fallen by over 10 per cent in the same period to end at Rs 73.50 today. Parekh Platinum, down by 1.13 per cent, finished at Rs 8.70 on the BSE.
