Silver futures down 0.2% on global cues

Subdued domestic demand affected the silver futures trade

Silver futures for March fell by Rs 98, or 0.17% to, Rs 56,532 per kg in 2,223 lots.

At the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), the May  contract declined by Rs 86, or 0.15% to Rs 57,913 per kg in 161 lots.

Subdued domestic demand affected the silver futures trade.

Subdued trend in the global markets triggered fall in silver futures trade here.

In Singapore, silver fell marginally to $30.37 an ounce.
