Prices of small sugar variety recovered slightly at the Vashi wholesale market here today on better stockists offtake amidst stray consumer demand.
Meanwhile, Medium sugar held steady in the absence of any market moving factors.
Small sugar quality (S-30) moved up by Rs 10 per quintal to Rs 2,790/2,860, from yesterday closing level of Rs 2,790/ 2,850.
