SP Apparels raises Rs72 crore from anchor investors

Investors include DSP Blackrock, Goldman Sachs India, Birla Sun Life Insurance and Morgan Stanley

SP Apparels on Monday raised Rs 72 crore from seven anchor investors.

The company allotted 2.68 million shares to these investors at Rs 268 per share.

SP Apparels' IPO opens on Tuesday and will remain open till Thursday. The price band for the IPO is Rs 258 to Rs 268 per share.

Some of the anchor investors include DSP Blackrock, Goldman Sachs India, Birla Sun Life Insurance and Morgan Stanley.

Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors and Centrum Capital are the investment banks handling the IPO.
