Under the new Companies Act 2013, it is mandatory for companies to change auditors every 10 years. According to an analysis by corporate governance and proxy advisory firm IiAS, almost 60% of the top 200 companies of the country will have to change their auditors within the next three years to comply with the recent changes in the companies law
