Steel prices remain steady in thin tradeThe local steel market ended on a flat note today as prices moved in a narrow range on subdued demand and settled around previous levels.

Traders said subdued demand against adequate stocks positions mainly kept steel prices around previous levels.

Following are today's quotations in Rs per tonne:
