Expert View on Bitcoin

Bitcoin continued its consolidation around the $30,000. The market sentiment declined again the last couple of days, dropping below 15, still being in the ”extreme fear” zone. The 4-hourly trend for Bitcoin continues to traverse within an ascending channel pattern.
 
The next resistance for BTC is expected at $40,000. The weekly RSI is close to the 30 mark. Historically, whenever the weekly RSI has approached 30, BTC has made a turnaround and an upward rally has followed as buyers have made a comeback.
 
Ethereum against Bitcoin remained fairly flat throughout the day gaining a minor 0.5 per cent.
 
Bitcoin’s Dominance continues to maintain a stronghold above 47 per cent. The daily chart for ETH-BTC continues to traverse within a descending channel pattern. The next  support for ETH-BTC is expected at 0.055 level.
